For all reservations, we may request identity validation and confirmation of funds prior to processing the transaction. This protects both you and Privilege Travels from unauthorized activity.

We reserve the right to request additional verification for unusual or high-value purchases. These measures are standard practice in the luxury travel sector and exist for your protection.

Definitive Nature of Reservations

All deposits, partial payments, and final settlements are strictly non-refundable. This policy reflects the bespoke and exclusive nature of every Privilege Travels engagement, including pre-paid commitments to our partners, facilitators, and venues.

Exclusion for Change of Mind or Schedule

Cancellations resulting from a change of mind, schedule, or personal circumstance do not qualify for refund, credit, or rescheduling under standard terms.

Business Partner Policies

Cancellation and modification policies of our business partners (airlines, properties, facilitators) apply in addition to Privilege Travels terms and may be more restrictive.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all clients secure comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical events, and unforeseen circumstances. Our team can recommend insurance providers familiar with luxury travel requirements.

Exceptional Modifications

In exceptional circumstances, Privilege Travels may offer modification or rescheduling at its sole discretion. Any such accommodation is exceptional and does not constitute a precedent or entitlement.

Acceptance of Terms at Checkout

By proceeding with any reservation or transaction with Privilege Travels, you acknowledge and accept the no-return policy outlined above. Continued engagement following this acceptance constitutes binding agreement.

Chargeback Response Protocol

In the event of an unauthorized chargeback request, Privilege Travels will provide all documentation supporting the legitimacy of the transaction and the client's prior acceptance of the cancellation policy.
